Roberto Tunioli

Director of the Company since September 2008. From 2001 to April 2009, Mr. Tunioli was the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Datalogic SpA, a publicly traded company based in Italy that produces bar code readers, data collection mobile computers and RFID technology systems. He was Datalogic’s Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 2001 prior to adding the title of Vice Chairman in 2001, and started at Datalogic in 1988. Prior to joining Datalogic, Mr. Tunioli worked in the financial services industry for leading banking and insurance companies. He is also a member of the board of directors of Monrif SpA, an Italian printing, publishing and hospitality company, and Piquadro S.p.A., an Italian luxury goods retailer.
